Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correct as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from data as requested.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work.

  • Hours: 40 Hours per week
  • Weekly Pay: $1,200.00
