Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to provide support in day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office filing systems (both electronic and physical).
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well stocked.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and administrative needs.
